Refund eligibility may be denied if the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

3. Personalized and Custom Items
Personalized, engraved, custom-made, or otherwise modified items are generally non-refundable. Because these products are created based on customer-provided instructions, we do not typically offer refunds for dissatisfaction related to customer-submitted personalization details, including spelling errors, incorrect dates, names, initials, or messages entered at checkout.

A refund may be reviewed if a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order placed.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
